Ahead of submitting our outline planning application we held a public consultation on the draft proposals between 16th April to 6th May 2026.
This included in-person consultation events at Harlington Parish Hall on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th April and engagement at Toddington Southbound Services on Monday 27th and Thursday 30th April to hear the views of HGV drivers.
Thank you to everyone that provided feedback. We believe that the best developments are informed by effective local engagement and all comments submitted during the consultation will be considered by the design team ahead of finalising our proposals.
A summary of feedback and our responses as Applicant will be presented in the ‘Statement of Community Engagement’ which will be included as part of our outline planning application which we intend to submit to Central Bedfordshire Council later this year.
Although the public consultation for Toddington Park has now closed, you are still welcome get in touch with the project team if you would like to discuss any aspect of our proposals.
